Still in process-(another poem- by Paulette copyright 2006Paulette - written on a plane): FIRST FLIGHTS: TRANSFIXED The cancelled flight takes off Over melted maps of whipped cream on my iced coffee Clouds swirl reflectively upon the patterned ocean- a cake batter just stirred in rough waves...Mountains of craggy rocks seen in the oceans' deepest -fooled again-playful paths of clouds to follow us home... The clouds are the
waves in the invisible
ocean above the earth
Flying over a sea
of white clouds on a clear day
Landing under islands of mountainous clouds Below the visible ocean
waves to the clouds .... AS the computer programmer- belted nearby-transfixed-stares at me...AS if at a computer-like I'm a confusing program on the screen...Transfixed... by Nature...or by my response to Nature??
Sacred is my sense of wonder- amidst stares, snickers and snorts -holding on to my sacred sense of wonder in moments with ropes of sand ...

Looking at my nature photos before and during meditation , holding breath inbetween, to the count of 7, allowing any thoughts to just blend into the nature scene you see. (Listening to a poetry reading, soothing sounds, and/or music at the same time will enhance your preparation's successful results!).
